Aerial Mount Locations
To assist with communication in remote areas, we design our bull bars with location areas for aerial mounts. Many of our bars come supplied with a minimum of one aerial mount bracket, with more available for purchase as additional accessories.
Spotlight Mount Location
Robust, durable and secure, many of our bull bars are supplied with an accessory bracket to mount driving lights, light bars and other vehicle accessories. Fastened into a recess in the bar with in-mould nutserts, the bracket provides a firm mounting location which prevents problems such as light movement, a vibrating beam pattern, premature bulb failure and fatiguing of the lights.
Winch Compatible
The SmartBar bracket kits for our winch compatible bull bars are all designed to easily handle winch strain. Depending on the model and requirements, our brackets will be certified for loads up to 12,000lbs.
Airbag Compatible
We assess each vehicle’s frontal crush characteristics and factor it into the design of each airbag compatible SmartBar. This is to reduce the impact on the SRS airbag triggering systems and help keep you safe.
Lighting Accessories
Whether it is to help with visibility during severe weather or to provide prominence for other road users during the daytime, most of our bull bars allow for fog, driving, daytime running and indicator lights.
Using a flexible, resilient and incredibly durable polyethyene material our cutting-edge design and rotational moulding process creates a bull bar for you that offers unsurpassed levels of safety.
Independent research conducted by the University of Adelaide in relation to bull bar performance confirmed that our SpartanBar outperforms all other frontal vehicle protection systems available.
How does it achieve this?
The extra strong, one-piece, hollow bodied bar has the unique ability to flex, absorb and disperse impact energy forces, then return back to the original shape. In many cases our bull bars can flex up to 85% of their width and return back to 95% of their original shape in a matter of minutes of an animal strike.
This is a feature that is unique to the SmartBar range and what minimises the impact forces being transferred through your vehicle’s chassis rails and potentially damaging vital engine components.
It does all of this in many cases at a weight 40kg lighter than any metal alternative.
